Speaker: Nina Wiseman - She will be speaking on safety in the real estate and appraisal space. We will have a fun safety presentation, games and prizes!
Nina Wiseman is a veteran Real Estate Agent currently with Listing Leaders Real Estate. After having poor experiences with two separate Realtors and with the encouragement of family members who were already Realtors, Nina struck out to become the Realtor she wished she had. Many years later, she graduated from the IRLA (Indiana Realtor Leadership Academy); has several designations, GRI, SFR, BPOR, MRP; served within GNIAR leadership, including presidency in 2021, past GNIAR President Elect, past GNIAR Treasurer, GNIAR Board of Director, IAR Board of Director. Several committees; RPAC Committee, GNIAR-RPAC Trustee, Government Affairs, Grievance Committee, Member Benefits Committee, Finance Committee, Fines Committee, State Mediator. Graduate of The Indiana Realtor Leadership Academy 2010.
Nina also played a big part in forming the GNIAR Realtor Safety Committee and is a past Chair for that committee. Current NAR Realtor Safety Advisory Committee member and has helped champion for Realtor Safety. Nina has been a guest on several podcasts for Realtor Safety - NAR Drive with NAR Safety Podcast (the first episode which received a podcast award comparable to the Oscars). Nina has spoken at Office meetings for several Real Estate companies in Northwest Indiana. She was a guest speaker at LaPorte County Realtor Annual meeting. Guest speaker for the Manchester, NH, Board meeting. Most recent speaker at the Inman Connect conference in San Diego. Advocating for greater safety measures for Realtors is the shining achievement of her career.
Outside of helping people achieve their dream of home ownership, Nina enjoys her four kids and nine grandkids, most of whom live in Indiana.
