Cancellation Policy

At the Atlanta Area Chapter AI, we understand that circumstances may arise that force our registrants to cancel their enrollment. In the event that you need to cancel your registration, please note our Enrollment Cancellation Policy.

Enrollment Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your registration, you must submit a cancellation notice in writing via email to sbrockwayaiatlanta.org. Please include your reason for cancellation in your email.

Cancellation Fees:

Please note that the Enrollment Cancellation Fees vary based on the timing of your cancellation. 

  • If you cancel up to 7 days prior to the program start date, a $5 cancellation fee will be charged. 
  • If you cancel between 7 to 4 days prior to the program start date, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. 
  • If you cancel 3 days or less prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

The Appraisal Institute has approved 20 AI Points. The Alabama and Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Boards have approved 4 hours of CE credit. 100% attendance is required for credit.

Join us for an insightful seminar on workforce housing where we will discuss how it differs from affordable housing and how it offers innovative solutions and strategies for bridging the housing gap for employees.  Gain valuable insights into sustainable development and community-driven initiatives to foster a thriving workforce environment.
