Topic: Most
appraisers are aware that many properties constructed prior to
recent zoning codes, do not comply with the
new zoning codes. The issues arising out of legal, but
non-complying properties have faced increased scrutiny by owners and
lenders alike. This seminar will explore a walkthrough of a full zoning report
and mitigating potential zoning risks. Specifically, this
seminar will discuss the implications of non-compliant zoning, how
lenders are dealing with these issues, and how decisions by lenders
concerning zoning are affecting property values.
