CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a refund, cancellation must be received in writing: 8 business days prior to the seminar start date, refund in full; 7 days prior to start date, $25.00 cancellation fee; less than 7 days prior to seminar start date, forfeit of payment unless a student replacement is provided. The Chapter reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the seminar at any time. In this unlikely occurrence, all seminar fees will be refunded. All other costs are the registrant’s responsibility.
