Seminar
Description
The Arkansas Chapter’s Lunch & Learn Event provides
meaningful insights concerning Commercial Real Estate Market Trends, Economic
Forecasts, Appraisal Regulation and State Legislation Changes, Current Issues,
and more. This year’s seminar includes various members of the Appraisal and/or
Real Estate Related Industries, including a Commercial Broker, an Economist, and an Appraisal Regulator. Each speaker will have a topic to discuss and
then there will be time for comments, questions, and answers.

With written requests
postmarked 15 days or more prior to offering, funds will be granted less a $10
cancellation fee. For written
requests postmarked 7 to 14 days prior to event, refunds will be granted less a
$15 cancellation fee. Cancellations 6 days or less prior to the course and “no
shows” the day of the event will forfeit payment.

Appraisal Institute, AQB, and ARALCB require full attendance (100%) at the
seminar. If the attendance roster reflects less than 100%, it could/will
show up on the roster submission to the states.

is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Arkansas Chapter reserves the right
to cancel this Seminar if the minimum enrollment level is not reached.
Attendance requirements mandated by the state of Arkansas
will be strictly enforced. Certificates will be issued to those in attendance
for 100% of the Seminar hours or better. If you have a disability and may
