The Chapter Service Fee is for the Chapter Meetings of 2026 and should not be confused with Chapter Dues included in the Dues Statement sent out by the National office. Included in the Chapter Service Fee for Chapter Meeting attendance are meals, afternoon workshops, speaker fees, AV equipment, room fees, and applications for Appraisal and Real Estate CE Credit when applicable.
Tentative Chapter Meeting/Program Schedule for 2026 Wednesday, January 28th: Chapter Meeting with education. We will apply for two hours of Appraisal and Real Estate CE Credit. Wednesday, April 29th: Chapter meeting with education. We will apply for two hours of Appraisal and Real Estate CE Credit Wednesday, July 29th: Chapter Meeting with education. We will apply for two hours of Appraisal and Real Estate CE Credit
Wednesday, November 18th: Evening Chapter Meeting- Presentation of Designation Certificates and Installation of Officers for 2027
