Please bring your own food and drinks for your comfort.  There is a coffee kiosk at the CDOT entrance that is open limited hours on Fridays. 

Cancellation Policy

There is no penalty for canceling before September 1st. If you cancel between September 1st and September 22nd there is a $25 processing fee.  NO Shows will forfeit their registration fee.

Join us for Critical Issues in Appraising Senior Housing, Nursing Homes, and Hospitals.  This class will cover many of the acronyms used for these properties as well as ownership structures and extraordinary assumptions that need to be made.  Market analysis will be discussed.  Medicaid and Medicare reimbursements vs private pay and how to include these in your report.  This is a class you shouldn't miss!
