$5 cancellation fee. For written requests postmarked 7 to 13 days prior to
event, refunds will be granted less a $8 cancellation fee. Cancellations 6
days or less prior to the course and “no shows” the day of the event will
forfeit payment.

Installation of the 2026 LCAI Officers & Directors and Holiday
Banquet

participants should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a
confirmation has been received.
