Seminar Description: Participants will learn how to determine the ISO construction classes to implement into appraisal valuation work for the cost approach. Students will be introduced to a full set of as-built plans for a mid-rise building to learn how to find the relevant information to determine the ISO classification of a building. Class will be held from 1 - 3 PM ET at the Sunseeker Resort by Hilton. 5500 Sunseeker Way, Charlotte Harbor, FL 33980 NOTE: The 3rd Quarter Chapter Lunch Meeting will be held prior to the seminar.
