Cancellation Policy

Cancelling prior to January 1st will have no penalty.  Cancelling from January 1st to January 17th will have a $25 administration fee.  Cancelling on January 18th or Not Showing to the event will result in forfeiture of your class fee. 

Additional Information

This three (3) hour class will feature different aspects of the Shifting Markets both professionally and in regulatory setting.  The first hour will focus on a Market Update for 2024.  The main property types being discussed are Multifamily, Office, Retail and Industrial. The second hour will focus on updates in DORA regulations. This part of the class will cover Legislative and Policy Matters, Licensing issues, and Emerging Complaints that are submitted to DORA.  The last hour of the class will give an update on the appraisal profession.  AI-PAREA, Anti-discrimination, and university relations will be covered.  The final portion of class will discuss staying relevant in a difficult market and making use to the tools the appraiser has available to them.  We look forward to this dynamic class

Parking is $2 for every 10 minutes up to the daily maximum of $21. This rate is from 5am-4pm.  At 4pm there is a flat fee of $8 until 5am the next day.
