Part 3: Conservation Easements: Variations in Conservation Easements: Open Space vs. Agricultural Easements: Local Differences by State and Preservation Restrictions.

 

Easement Document language- What are Rights in the Land and in the Improvements? What Uses and Rights are severed from Fee Simple/Before Value, and what Uses and Rights remain? What are Requirements on Owners “Post Easement0?”. IRS/Federal Legislation Affecting Appraisers.

 

Update on three levels of Preservation Restrictions in Pennsylvania.
