- Reservations must be made before 12:01AM, 9/15/26, for the group rate, based on availability. After this cutoff date and time, the Hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale.
- Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night charge. Check your personal reservation confirmation, for verification of this cancellation policy.
- Parking is $42 per night.
- Please note the tax/fees for The DeSoto are currently 15% plus a State Hotel Occupancy Fee of $5 per room per night and a City Fee of $1 per room per night will apply to each room. Hotel has a historic preservation fee of 1.89% per room, per night. Taxes and fees as required by the state/city of Savannah. Rates are quoted based on single/double occupancy. An additional fee of $10.00 for each additional adult over two adults per room.
